Returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. The item must be returned in its original condition, including:
- โ Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
- โ No signs of wear, damage, or installation
Please provide your order number, reason for return, and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

โ๏ธ Defective products (returned within 35 days): Openaudio covers return shipping.
โ Defect-free products: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Keep your delivery receipt and tracking number. Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Warehouse inspection within 7 business days.
- You will receive an email notification with inspection results.
- If approved, refund will be credited to your original payment method.
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly exchange it for a new one.
- Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
- Physical damage requests must be made within 7 days after delivery.
- Functional defects requests must be made within 35 days after delivery.
- Provide photos/videos of the issue, order number, and detailed description โ contact service@ampvortex.com.
Defect-free products: Customer responsible.
After verifying the issue, we will arrange shipment of the replacement product within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. Obtain the return address through after-sales support via service@ampvortex.com.
OpenAudio warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original shipment.
This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that all errors can be corrected.
– Use of accessories, parts, or components not supplied or authorized by OpenAudio.
– External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, or improper operation not in accordance with product instructions.
– Products not in their original condition, or have been opened, tampered with, or modified.
– Products with missing or altered serial numbers.
– Products returned after 35 days.
– Missing components or accessories.
– Products damaged due to improper use by the customer.
