1. Order Processing Time
We process orders within 1 business day.
Processing time refers to the time between when an order is placed and when the items are ready for shipment (handed over to the carrier).
If your order is placed before the daily cutoff time and items are ready the same day, processing will be completed on the same day.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping time refers to the time it takes the carrier to deliver the products to the customer.
Estimated shipping time: 1–8 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns for defective products.
If the product is defective, you may request a replacement.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.
